Dissemination, Communication and exploitation plan

Establish and implement a realistic and pragmatic dissemination plan to disseminate information about the project in preparation of future exploitation This plan will include the production of material such as flyers project presentation material preliminary datasheets and standard marketing and technical documentation tailored to the specific needs of targeted stakeholders This material will be produced with contributions from all partnersPublication of scientific papers and publication in reviews etcEstablish mechanisms to enable the exploitation activities to continue after the project closureInteraction with standards committeesOrganize a 1day workshop for presentation of project resultsEnsure that the dissemination rules of the Grant Agreement are applied by all partners
