Application deployment and dynamic runtime - Final version

The last version of the WP5 components is made of the complete orchestration capable of deploying applications on the full set of the target platforms and reconfiguring the runtime based on all the KPIs the complete ML algorithm together with some tradeoff analysis a complete set of monitoring metrics including applications information and the complete migration mechanism
