Inventory about gender equality

To ensure and enhance gender equality within the Diverfarming consortium and in relation to OG and Communities of Practitioners we will make an inventory of gender equality among the partner teams and collaborators This will include the numbers of women and men involved how they are involved positions roles and work life balance issues The inventory will address ownership for stakeholders and their needs for improving sustainable agribusiness models and relevant sitespecific gender information We will assess in the Communities of Practitioners and OG the influence of female participants compared to male in selecting and prioritizing diversified cropping systems by design of proper questionnaires
