Planning the process to produce the AddVolts power pack and to improve the assembly process in order scale the production and reduce its costs It was decided to improve the assembly line for several reasons among which Quality assurance ISO 9001 established in the company Inspection selection and audits to external suppliers in order to control the lead times costs and quality of deliveries This way it will be possible to outsource noncore components and parts Automatization of assembly process Digitalization of assembly process in order to keep the product rastreability and quality control Increase the suppliers portofolio in order to keep its redundancy
