Guidelines and recommendations for other cities / urban areas on the SCALE-UP strategies for vertical and horizontal upscaling 1

This deliverable will present the first version of the the analysis and integration of outputs from WP1 tasks and the feedback from WP2-WP7 in the form of guidelines and recommendations for the application of the framework for development, implementation and validation of strategies for vertical and horizontal upscaling in other cities and urban areas. This revision will include the aggregated approaches for vertical and horizontal upscaling. This deliverable is an outcome of task T1.4.
