Intermediate Report on Implementation of data-driven strategies and tools

This report will show the status of the implementation activities related to data-driven strategies and tools, which are performed in T4.2, T4.3 and T4.4. It will pay particular atention to the thematic cooperation bewteen the three SCALE-UP urban nodes that takes place during task T4.1.
