Initial ConOps

The Initial ConOps will provide the outline for the final ConOps with emphasis on potential content and scope Initial consideration will be given to addressing the user requirements against ATC procedure analysis and the evaluation of the impact of new entrants on aerodromesspaceports operations departurearrival flows enroute airspace and higher airspace Additionally the identification of future functional needs of the European Network procedures systems roles and responsibilities to accommodate new entrants in higher airspace operations and transit of the ATM network including contingency management will be considered
