D6.3.1 Impact measurement and monitoring

This deliverable presents a comprehensive framework for measuring the impact of the ExcellEnt project as well as outlining the monitoring process that will be employed to ensure that the project stays on track in terms of meeting its goals and objectivesThe impact measurement framework is designed to assess the various ways in which the project contributes to the wider community and to evaluate its overall effectiveness By defining a set of measurable indicators and metrics we can objectively assess the success of the project and identify areas for improvementIn addition to the impact measurement framework this deliverable also presents the monitoring process that will be put in place to track the progress of the project This process will include regular data collection analysis and reporting to ensure that the project is achieving its objectives and producing the desired results
