D21 is the outcome of T211 Analysis of EPCs and their alignment with national LongTerm Renovation Strategies LTRS and the target of achieving a highly efficient and decarbonised building stock by 2050 Following screening of sources relevant to the longterm requirements of energy performance of buildings and existing scenarios derived from bottomup building stock models and a desktop research on the consistency of current EPC practices with their longterm target this deliverable will provide a short summary to feed further development steps in the project
