To ensure a proper implementation and quality performance of the project the Project Coordinator PC will set up a series of procedures and guidelines in a Project Management Handbook PMH This PMH will be aligned with the H2020 requirements and will include procedures for managing the Quality Innovation project Risks potential system failures Stakeholder management and engagement Gender issues presentation standards for deliverables and reports to the EC and quality assurance measures
