This document will cover the overview of identified technical enablers technologies documenting their benefits and limitation and complement it with system definition and initial system requirements for proposed technological solutions both for air and ground compatible with functional architecture defined in D22 and addressing operational needs and requirements identified in D21 It will be used as basis for development of technical demonstrators for Step 1
