This report describes the DIALOGUES online data repository and details the strengths and weaknesses of existing data related to energy citizenship In particular this document will focus on areas where DIALOGUES own data collections can add to critically deficient areas of knowledge to create a useful and operational concept of energy citizenship for policymakers The deliverable is related to Task 43
