Technical report on the definition of the proposed concept, content and methodology of iBRoad2EPC

D24 is the output of Task 23 Define technical adaptation requirements for iBRoad2EPC This report will suggest how to adjust the iBRoad approach iBRoad Roadmap Logbook and training and define which elements to integrate in the iBRoad2EPC methodology to prepare the technical background for the national roll out in the 6 implementing countries The analysis will consider methodological questions visual improvement of the EPC and the connection among existing relevant instruments It will also suggest ways to minimise the increased effort required to issue iBRoad2EPC and include additional content without disincentivising its use
