This document is twofolded First it will provide for each UC a detailed description of the objectives expected activities to be conducted intermediate validation pilots what users will be recruited and involved preparation tasks necessary content scripts equipment and infrastructure setup Second a potential calendar of activities taking into account all the previous information and an analysis of risks and corrective measures that might be applied to ensure pilots can be properly executed
