Description: Report, written in English, on the assessment of last-mile logistic networks as a solution to distribute local products, food surpluses and alternative new products. Objective 1) Identify available logistic networks and involved agents for reducing food losses and waste. 2) Assess the needs of this type of products in terms of delivery time, cold chain requirements and packaging. 3) Evaluate different solutions to assure the effectiveness of the use of last-mile logistic networks in circular food as standardization, use of existing infrastructure, inverse logistics, etc.). 4) Analyse best alternatives for food traceability.Content: Report including a roadmap to develop different innovative, collaborative and sustainable last-mile logistics networks to reduce food losses and waste along the whole agri-food chain.
