PALAEMON interfaces and HMIs toolkit

The document describes the PALAEMON visualisation module to be developed within Task 73 will comprise a set of interfaces and HMIs that allow datasets to be viewed graphically and combined with other datasets to improve the understanding of the end user and identify possible solutions in many different scenarios related to passenger ship evacuation and rescue cases
