D0.1 Project Handbook

Project Handbook (D0.1) based on EC’s Project Management Methodology, which will define the project management procedure and governance set-up.It will include detailed Project Management Plan with a Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).It will include a schedule per task, responsible partner related subtasks, related deliverables, and dependencies on other tasks.Revisions will be done in the course of the project: one before the end of the first reporting period and one just before the end of the second reporting period.
