D3.1 Local Just Transition Alliances in 7 regions

Local Just Transition Alliances LJTAs will form the core group of stakeholders that will guide and manage local processes eg broader stakeholder mapping identification and engagementincluding reaching out to the seldomheard voices guiding local multistakeholder forums local visioning and roadmapping processes etc The LJTAs will be composed of a limited number of people 68 representing relevant groups eg policymakers local industry or community representatives and be legitimized by the local authority Their members could be either full or associate partners of the project so they take responsibility in order to really act like an extension of the project at the local level
