Situational awareness tools and integration reference

Brief overview of the work contributed within this WP. It will have a focus on the reference integration of the WP, including partial results and explanation of the situational awareness tools being developed. (T3.3, T3.4 & T3.5). Progress monitoring: 10% with index set up, from 10% to 100% according to the number of sections of the index completed.
