Specifications for situational awareness tools and functional requirements

It will contain the progress of the planning phase of the systems for each task, as well as the High-Level Architecture (HLA) specifications from the WP perspective. The specifications will describe the interactions between the WP tasks, as well as the interactions of the technical work with other WPs and how they are connected to the core SELFY scenarios.
