Atrial fibrillation use case in collaboration with the HealthyCloud project

In this task we will develop a machine learning pipeline for predictive modelling of atrial fibrillation by integrating imaging electrocardiography biomarkers and other phenotypic data The use case will be initially implemented with research data from the euCanSHare platform Furthermore in collaboration with the HealthyCloud project where the technical specifications for a similar use case based on health data will be gathered the work will be extended by interrogating additional datasets from clinical registries The encountered obstacles will be used to improve the final version of the euCanSHare platform as well as to support the definition of the HealthyCloud roadmap
