Pilot site Monitoring Conceptual Framework

This report entails the conceptual framework produced for each pilot consistent with the overall ILIAD architecture and Green Deal Objectives for local DTs defined in WP1 The report will specify the parameters to be measured the data sensors to be used the collection and the flux of data to the platform This deliverable will act as the conceptual backbone of the monitoring approach and system ensuring the common understanding The Conceptual Framework will also define and document the monitoring methods best practices and standards that will be a core part of the data acquisition actions for novel sensors and data management
