Requirements Specification for Automated Decisions and Decision Support for Traffic Management optimisation

This report is based on the input of Task 17.1. This deliverable provides a report on the detailed functional, non-functional and operational requirements for Real Time Conflict Identification, Decision Support and automated/semi-automated Resolution. including the criteria for benchmarking of the developed algorithms that shows the suitability of each of the developed algorithms for specific applications.
