Deliverable 27 will describe the feedback received from the customers on the NextLand services and online store after service delivery as a post sales activity This will be done through a questionnaire wherein the users are asked to briefly describe the purpose for which they used the NextLand products services how they evaluated product quality and to rate the NextLand products and online store on overall satisfaction usefulness maturity usability for their applications In addition user feedback will also be collected through the online store web portal by providing the possibility to rate the services
