Regranulates delivery with technical data sheets (TDS) to partners for further processing

The recyclates mechanically recycled into ready-to-use granulates will be characterised in terms of the residual solvents, or delamination/deinking medium, for their relevant physico-chemical and mechanical properties, as well as for their processability via (multi-layered) film blowing, injection moulding or thermoforming, depending on their processing-related propertiesTechnical Data Sheets will be drafted for each recyclate for their further processing, including: •processing-related properties: viscosity/flow (MFI, rotation rheology), melting behaviour (DSC), Oxidation Induction Time (OIT);•mechanical properties of the processed polymers (on ISO test bars): modulus, yield, strain-at-break (tensile test), impact strength (Charpy impact). The documents will be the outcome of Task T3.5.
