Second, updated version of SRIA

There will be two updates of the SRIA one 12 months after the launch of the project and one at the end Both updates will act as vehicles for providing inputs to discussions with an aim for a successful construction of the Implementation Plan Updates will be circulated at the national level after ratification by the Black Sea Blue Growth Initiative The updated SRIA will address gaps barriers and bottlenecks on innovation and new technologies scientific knowledge and sustainable development of marine and maritime economic sectors It will also address multifunding schemes and promote the publicprivate cooperation in research innovation and technology development to boost marine and maritime blue economy
