WP3 Research infrastructures coordination progress report with definition of KPIs

This deliverable will provide the definition of KPIs which will be used to monitor the service status within a limited number of categories (development, test, pre-operation, operation, service enhancement), to monitor progress in service implementation and finalisation. This deliverable will be elaborated in interaction with WPs 2, 4, 5, 6, and 7.
