Project exploitation and dissemination plan and project communications strategy and website

The deliverable will outline how the services provided/developed/enhanced within the project will be promoted and exploited within the wider community, based on a series of KPIs defined in the first year of the project, as well as presenting the plan for how information about the project itself (in the broadest sense) will be disseminated, including social media accounts, the project website, and other means. These activities will draw heavily upon existing structures provided by the service providers and the consortium as a whole.
