Final version of the ENERSHARE requirements, SSH-driven approach, and reference architecture

The report will contain the final functional and non-functional requirements and the consolidated Reference Architecture. Additionally the SSH-driven approach adopted will be reported. Success Criteria: Final version of the specification available. (T2.3 -T2.4 -T2.5)
