Report on Workshops on customer engagement

In order to maximise the involvement of customers, several workshop will be organised throughout the project to promote customer engagement. Deliverable 1.5 will report on the conduct of these workshops and identify the main outcomes of the discussions as well as recommendations to other tasks of the project.
