Specification of the interoperability and standard communication protocols (v2)

This deliverable will define the intra-platform interoperability mechanisms and standard communication protocols necessaries for the PlatOne framework implementation. In addition it will report the specification for data interoperability, with an highly focus on security and privacy best practices.
