Engagement Strategy and Action Plan, including stakeholder mapping and community analysis

The deliverable will describe the engagement strategy based on the context-sensitive analysis and the stakeholders mapping. More particularly, an Action Plan will describe concrete solutions (tools and channels) for the involvement of the stakeholders in different phases and levels of the project.
