Report on ALD-grown superconducting thin film & nanowire fabrication technologies

A report with description of fabrication processes will be uploaded to the project data repository. The report will include recipes for fabrication of thin ALD-grown films and nanowires made from them, including the use of FIB for fine-tuning the nanowire properties.
