PoC prototype control system

We will select optimum strategies identified in D5.3 and D5.4 to build a PoC demonstrator and show that users can switch a refrigerator on or off remotely using Koolzone technology; alternatively that Koolzone monitors do this automatically or alternatively demonstrate an external influence (e.g. grid needs feeding in to LoRa WAN platform determining if refrigerators switch on or off). Exact description to be refined on basis of D5.1, D5.2, D5.3 and D5.4) Koolzone platform will at a minimum monitor refrigerator components on/off state.
