Project meetings minutes v2

These meetings will include both meetings of the Project Board and External Advisory Board. The coordinator will be in a continuous contact with all the members of the consortia and the leaders of the work packages. The coordinator will also ensure that the required resources are provided by each partner and that their work is con-sistent with the expenses, analyse potential and real conflicts between partners, propose agreements, and make all necessary efforts to ensure a good and fluid communication process between all partners.
