AML Theorems II

We will send for publication to a ML journal our theorems showing which properties learning algebras need to have for generalisation extending Deliverable 21a and including Theorems we can derive also from Task 22 The goal is to have the publication at M30 but we will submit the latest revision of the publication at M36 to align the deliverable with the periodic report
