GaAs-based solid state sources of entangled IR photons with 5 photon production rate 1 kHz

This deliverable will report on fabrication, characterization and performance assessment of GaAs-based solid state sources of entangled IR photons. The draft will be issued at the end of the 1st fabrication run and final version will be updated at the end of the 2d run.
