Final design specification and prototype implementation report of GPI-Space extension for distributed FPGAS and DSL for deep-learning applications

This deliverable presents the initial design of GPI-space extension for distributed FPGAs and DSL for deep-learning applications after initial feedback from applications. In addition, it describes the prototype implementation of the GPU-Space extension and of the DSL.
