D7.5.1 HPAC Platform including CEA resources

Summary
The compute and storage resources of the new HPAC partner CEA are integrated into the HPAC Platform, including the corresponding documentation in the Guidebook. The implementation of a use case workflow is used to demonstrate the functionality and documented in a short report.
