Multi-qubit gates and operations

We will develop theoretical protocols that employ the simultaneous interaction among all ions or between a central bus ion and all qubit ions for multiqubit gates and preparation of multiparticle entangled states in few operations The advantage of multiqubit gates in algorithms and in decoherence free subspace and error correcting codes will be explored
