Minutes of the second Steering Committee Meeting

"On month 6, project partners will meet in order to formally establishing the project Steering Committee and for the first Steering Committee meeting itself. Each partner will appoint its members making part of the Committee. Under the coordination of ARRSA during the second Steering Committee Meeting partners will discuss about: - general project management and coordination issues; relations with EASME and project officer; review of critical implementation risks and risk mitigation measures; - state of approval and implementation of the Communication and diffusion plan; - general evaluation about results and outcomes of peer learning workshop #1. Structure and programme of peer learning workshop #2; - evaluation about results and outcomes of the first round of local activities; general expectations about the second round; - state of preparation of Design Option Paper. Minutes of the second Steering Committee Meeting will be delivered by month 7"
