Minutes of the first Steering Committee Meeting

"On month 2, project partners will meet in order to formally establishing the project Steering Committee and for the first Steering Committee meeting itself. Each partner will appoint its members making part of the Committee. Under the coordination of ARRSA during the first Steering Committee Meeting partners will discuss about: - review of the grant agreement, including annex 1 part A and B, and review of project deliverables and connected tasks, deliverables, milestones; - general project management and coordination issues; relations with EASME and project officer; review of critical implementation risks and risk mitigation measures; - structure and programme of peer learning workshop #1; - general expectations about the first round of local activities with the regional case studies; - state of preparation of Design Option Paper. Minutes of the first Steering Committee Meeting will be delivered by month 3."
