Design Options Paper “Grassroots Schemes for SMEs”

The envisaged Design Option Paper, which will contain outlines and details on possible policy schemes and the development and application of new/better practices for supporting innovation in young SMEs (SMEs created mainly by people from 18 to 35 years of age). The deliverable will be ensured to be in the public domain.
