Evaluation of scheme impact through RCT

This deliverable will include the results from the evaluation of impact of the piloted scheme through a RCT methodology. This will act as input to T2.2 Building capacity for scheme scale up. Along with D4.3 this this deliverable will provide input for tuning and mainstreaming the piloted scheme This deliverable will be subject to dissemination.
