Base Infrastructure (second release)

Second version of the base infrastructure. The update consists in the delivery of a development/test environment (e.g., Kubernetes) for deploying, scaling and executing containerized applications (LT services) and any required additional software. D1.3 will present the setup and include manuals and training material; training sessions, documented in D1.3, will be delivered to ELG partners on how to use the base infrastructure.
