Summary
The aim of D2.2, drafted in Task 2.1, is to provide a detailed description of the ELG architecture and the design of the core layer, i.e., the backend systems that constitute the system and the interactions among them, as well as their interactions with the base infrastructure (WP1), the user interface and support and maintenance components (WP3). The report will document the technical solutions envisaged (e.g., selection of the database, programming tools etc.). Open source solutions will be preferred. The design will be made in close collaboration with WP1, WP3, WP4 and WP5 to ensure that all ingredients of the platform will be consistently built.
