Report on Jurisprudence and case law

Draft of memo concerning how the project dealt with the main legal issues in accordance with applicable law and regulation and case law. Much of the work herein correlates to T2.1 and done in the initial months of the project and interim versions will be prepared and circulated as dissemination. This formal deliverable will include updates following the actual codification and consensus tasks.
