Initial position paper (technical)

This deliverable will provide a position paper identifying the key scenarios being developed by the projects with an absolute emphasis on their bearing on, requirements of, and assumptions of cloud contracts and SLAs. This deliverable is the starting point for the codification of these aspects into the SLALOM terms.
