RNA and DNA seq data will be made publicly available via GEO database or latest relevant databasesDeposit research data needed to validate the results presented in scientific publications including associated metadata in the repository as soon as possible Also other data for instance data not directly attributable to a publication or raw data including associated metadata should be depositedTake measures to enable any third party to access mine exploit reproduce and disseminate free of charge for any user this research data for instance by attaching a Creative Commons Attribution Licence CC BY to the data deposited or by waiving all interests associated to copyright and database protection using the CC0 toolProvide information via the chosen repository about the tools available in order for the researchers to validate the results eg specialised software or software code algorithms and analysis protocols Where possible these tools or instruments should be provided
