openMOS Output Matrix

The openMOS output matrix will be developed using a Technological Implementation Plan (TIP) and a TIP-questionnaire. The matrix will show IPR cross-interrelationships between all involved parties (RTD performer/end users) and exploitable results. In particular: • Identification of the results that will be protected (through patents or copyrights) and by whom (several participants shall find an agreement in case of joint ownership). Lboro will provide moderation in those cases as they do not have own IPR in the project results and can hence handle all IP management aspects with complete neutrality • Identification of the results to be exploited (through license or specific access rights) and by whom (within and outside the consortium after the completion of the project) The output matrix will act as an instrument to monitor openMOS knowledge production efficiently and to identify critical situations rapidly.
